My continued work in the healing arts has not only opened doors for me but to assist others in reaching their personal goals and achieving a fulfilling and vibrant life. My biggest joy is my family. They always make me laugh, challenge me to grow, and comfort me when I need it. I love going on adventures and making beautiful memories. I work hard to create harmonious relationships in my personal and professional life. I practice self-care with mindfulness every day. I believe we are our own best healers and if we take the time to love and nurture ourselves, we can be abundant in all aspects of our life. I embrace life and strive to live it with love and gratitude.

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have a deep understanding of healthcare and a unique perspective on the wellness industry. I am passionate about helping people heal and empowering them to transform their lives through holistic practices. I hold certificates in Reflexology, Cranial Sacral Therapy Level 1, Reiki Level 1, Color Healing Therapy, and Sound Healing. I am currently pursuing a certificate in Energy Psychology and Holistic Healing.
